While the At-Bay brand was primarily targeted at wholesale brokers, the website needed to serve a broader audience, ensuring each user could quickly access the most relevant information. The challenge was to effectively communicate the various types of coverage and establish credibility, all while addressing the distinct needs of wholesale brokers, retail brokers, and insured individuals.
We needed to create a seamless user experience that addressed the unique needs of each audience, ensuring they could easily find the most relevant information—whether it was detailed coverage options, trust-building content, or specific policy details. Our focus was on answering key questions, reinforcing messaging, and optimizing user flows to guide visitors through the sales funnel, while showcasing snapshots of the products. This approach aimed to strengthen At-Bay’s brand positioning across multiple segments and expand its market reach. I contributed by designing branded elements, creating animated graphics, and carefully crafting web pages to bring the strategy to life.
